More strict on diving and fake injuries. Every single team does it and it's embarrassing to watch.

Some matches are boring and uninteresting, yet they produce goals and clear winners. There is too much attention on goal scoring at the expense of entertaining soccer. I think a reform should address this my awarding points for beautiful soccer artistry and display other than goals. Goals could score much higher points, but other beautiful and intelligent displays should have their own points, too. This way, instances of a team doing the scoring while another is playing better but without the luck of scoring will be redressed.

I really hate penalty shootouts in major games. The World Cup should be decided by playing football, not by coming up with some arbitrary tioebreaking mechanism. Just schedule a second game if you're tied at the end of regulation.

I really like football as it is. I am a diehard Manchester United fan, and I am not really complaining about much...
People want to have cameras to replay what the saw, but that could add alot of delays to the game, get a bit abusive, and just ruin the fun out of it all...

abolish the offside rule & include the video replay. no one wants to see a dull football match & hopefully, referee can easily made his decision should the incident wasn't clearly seen by the referee or his assistant. at least the video replay would help.
