Elvis's executor of his will was his father. When his father died, he left the estate to Priscilla. Priscilla put it into a trust for Lisa Marie and when she reached a certain age, she would inherit it all. Lisa Marie now currently owns Graceland and all of its artifacts.

Elvis estate went to his daughter Lisa Marie when he died. Since she was a minor child when he died, Priscilla being the custodial parent of said child automatically put her in charge of the Elvis Presley estate on the daughters behalf until Lisa reached a certain age of maturity.
Priscilla has done a great job being executor. She has made his estate worth billions than when Elvis was alive and worth millions.

maybe he never changed his will before he died, after they divorced. Besides, she is Lisa Marie's mom and he likely thought she would act in the best interest of their daughter.
