I love it, one of my all time favorite summer meals is cc with fresh sliced tomatos.

I love cottage cheese! I love it with fresh sliced cucumbers or tomatoes with salt and pepper. And I love it with chilled pear halves on lettuce. And I love it mixed with red and yellow peppers and dipped on a Town House Cracker. And I love it in Lasagna. But most of all, I love it beside blueberry or strawberry compote in a little dish made by Breakstone, called Cottage Doubles.
