Top 10? 5?

Just as a runner alone, he is not in my top 10.
But when you factor in his whole package, running, pass catching, yards after catches and blocking, he is in my top 10 for sure.
I don't care what anybody says, I would rather have Faulk than Emmit Smith. Emmit was a healthy and consistent runner on very good teams with great O lines. Faulk was a difference maker.

definitely not top 5... probably not top 10 either. Top of my head without really thinking about it, I'd say probably top 20. As an overall NFL Player hes better then alot of running backs that most people would put in front of him (like if you include recieving, returning the ball), but when you just say "running back" you gotta put the category of "running the ball" ahead of anything else and theres still a handful of people who had greater success then him at doing that with no question. I like Marshall, but he still has to take a backseat to some people as far as just "running backs" go.

I dont know if hes top 5 material,but definetly top10,he wasnt exactly up ther with Payton,Brown,or Sanders,but with his all around skills was one of the best players ever
