yeah i get that all the time. Its from sleeping and the weight of the uterus pulling your tendons and muscles. When you sleep on you side, which is about the only remotely comfortable way to sleep when pregnant, your uterus, the baby, the fluids, all pull out and away from your body. It causes your stomach muscles and the muscles on your uterus to stretch and pull like holy hell.
I also get it when i sleep on my back, or belly... i think it just happens no matter what. But its way worse on my side.
Iam 26 weeks, and i get that all the time. The first few times i couldnt get back to sleep because i was trying to figure out if it was just muscles, or gas, or contractions or what.
lol. oh pregnancy, its such a riot.
Oh also, by 34 weeks your baby is running out of room, so you're going to have days where he just all of a sudden decides not to move hardly at all. And eventually the closer to d-day you get he'll almost stop moving completely.

It is probably just ligaments stretching, but it could also be your liver. If the pain is under your ribs on the right side, you should call your doctor. This could be a sign of preeclampsia or HELLP. Other symptoms are seeing spots, high blood pressure, and headaches. For more info, go to www.preeclampsia.org. Hope this helps!

I'm not sure if that's normal I had four children and never had any cramps until I went into labor. I'd consult your physician. I had my 1st son at 35 wks.

Ask your Dr. If it wasn't too intense, you're probably fine. Talk to your Dr. and make sure your baby moves soon, even if it's just squirming and not kicking, it's probably ok...

Monitor his movements. Many doctors say that if you dont feel movements in so many hours to call them. If your baby is normally active you need to call your physican he may be fine then he may be tangled in the cord. Best bet would be call your dr.
