(b) lion
A predator is a life-form that obtains food primarily by the killing and consuming of animals. Tapeworms and fleas neither kill nor consume in quantity any animal though the flea draws small amounts of blood.

think about it
grasshoppers hop arround and eat grass and grain
tapeworms live inside guts and stay there
dandelions are plants and grow in the soil
fleas live on different animals, but they don't eat them or kill them, they spread disease some times, but they don't kill their hosts----they are parasites
sooo, who goes out, prowls a territory and hunts down animals and kills them for food?? a predator? which one is it>>??
