You probably conceived in July, a full term pregnancy is 40 weeks that's 10 mo. not 9. You would use the same method for your July 12 question. I'm not sure what is considered full term birth weight. I would think it's a healthy weight between 6-8 lbs.

A pregnancy is measured at 40 weeks from the start of your last period. If you were regular at 28 day cycles, and you carry to full 40 week term, you would actually only count back 38 weeks to find conception since this doesn't occur until "week 2" of your pregnancy. Or, if you know when your last period was, just go two weeks later.
