Some people may be uncomfortable, some may just be plain and simple racist. I am neither, very comfortable with who I am and have respect for everyone, until they give me a reason not to. then i would just leave such a person alone. So, ask on good luck and god bless. You have to learn to over look those that are just plain and simple minded.

The west has been interfering with the midsection East and Asia because of the fact the crusades. This meddling is a ecu concern no longer some thing that desires me to check the Koran or the Baghivad Gita to comprehend this concern. American leaders are additionally of the ecu approach. Frankly in case you have been interfering in different cultures for 1200 years and battling them from coming up properly you do no longer purely bow out. Ignoring the jap worldwide isn't the respond. For the incorrect motives, the trees stumbled onto the terrific answer: bringing the western worldwide into the jap worldwide. Now in case you prefer an rather awkward question, no lasting peace will take place interior the Mid-East devoid of somebody curtailing Israel's excess of defense force ability and unfastened exceeded interference (interior an identical way that the west has constantly carried out.) If all efforts to hold the Arab worldwide and China and North Korea into the mode of the western worldwide fail, then certainly the present incursions would be purely yet another onslaught. yet there is not any head-in-the-sand answer.

Maybe the way you phrase things? I don't think I've seen any of the questions you're talking about, but if people see what you said as an attack (and a LOT of people are reallllllly touchy these days) they just respond with a flag and don't see that you're looking for open discussion. I have no idea how to phrase such a question without adding additional info to the effect that you aren't trying to hurt anyone, you just want opinions and discussion. I really don't see any reason why people shouldn't be able to discuss ANYTHING within reason and with decency. Good luck!

Ignorance, honey, ignorance. I to am interested in different races, religions, beliefs. But you ask a question here and invariably, there are going to be some that are just going to get pissed.I just asked last week,if anyone else had trouble with the check spelling not working all the time. With some of the answers I got,you would've thought I had told everyone to "F"-off. One beeaach, gives a "well why don't you learn to spell?" Written,I might add with several misspellings.I consider myself to be of average intelligence,I do know how to spell quite well, however when one is typing a mistake can occur. And I just like to give a final check on things. So my answer or question is comprehensible, unlike a lot of others. My point is,if someone is going to get their panties in a wad over a question as simple as that.I can only imagine the replies you get.
So girl,we'll just keep on keeping on,and let them fools be pissed all they want.Isn't going to make a difference to me.You take care and God bless

I find it interesting too and don't have problems with you (or anyone else) asking these questions.

Haven't read any of your questions but I think people are scared of answering race questions posed by a black person (if you are from your avatar!) for fear of offending. Maybe this is insecurity? Or a lack of convictions in their own opinions?

Best wishes.

The very reason we still have racism today in this country is because no one wants to talk about it. There is always something people are going to find offensive. It wouldn't be like that if we would TALK about it.

I see nothing wrong with you asking questions or opening it up for discussion.

I dont have a problem with it... but it seems like only nonwhite people can bring up the subject or say anything about it without being immediately labeled a racist. Be consistent and I have no problem with it- it ought not to be a taboo subject

I think most people hate in when you subject your questions to only one type of racial group for instance, someone was asking about the members of the kkk, they should have asked about the kkk and black panthers

I think you're right. I am white, grew up in a mixed neighborhood, have a half-black God-child, one of my best friends is Jamacian, My neighbors on both sides are black and I was accused of racism by the neighbor when I confronted her about her kids throwing rocks at my dogs & scratching our cars. I caught them throwing the rocks, and the kid who walks my dogs (also black) told me he saw them "keying" the cars. I trust him since I trust him with my dogs. I don't understand it. When I was a kid, if someone came to my parents with that, they would have confronted ME!
