Easy , i have locked my keys in to many time to mention ! what i do is ( with the help of a friend and a piece of thin wood ) pull the top of the door a little / place in the piece of wood , then get some thick wire ( i use that stuff that they put along the wooden fencing ) approx 6 ft long , make a loop put it through the top of the door ( you will need to bend this wire several times to get it going in the right direction ) slide it so it go`s over the passenger door handle then pull it . hey presto the door is open !

Is it central locking?
If so get a tennis ball - cut a hole out of it the sixe of the lock and place it over the lock - hit it very hard and air should push open the door locks....

Normally - any ford key can LOCK any ford - but I am not sure if they can also open the doors? I have locked keys in cars doing this before - using the wrong set of keys etc.

I used to know how to use strapping down the window - catching the locking mechanism - this was a must when I was in the police - you would be shocked how many people lock their children in cars and call the cops to get them out!

ok here goes.......
Get under the car and locate the reverse light switch on the gearbox. Unplug the switch and look into the plug, you will see 2 connectors, using a piece of wire attached to the positive terminal of the battery (with a 10a) fuse in the line, probe the terminals, one will put on the reverse lights, and the other will put on the ignition from outside the car!!!!!

Gently prise back the top of the passenger door so that you have about 1 inch gap. (Be carefull as too much pressure will bend the door)
Use a long piece of welding wire with a hook bent into the end so that you dont poke out your eyes, pass this rod into the car and press on the electric front window switch, hey presto the car is open.

If the car doesnt have electric front windows use the same door prise method but make a large loop in the end of the wire rod and hook this over the window winder handle and turn the handle to lower the window.... you can also use this method on the rear windows......

Hope this helps

Regards

If the car is fitted with airbags then it is also fitted with an inertia switch. It is this switch that triggers the air bags in the event of s crash. To do this unscrew the number plate and hold a thick peice of wood aginst the front of the bumper and then take a baseball bat (preferably) or something like a hammer and hit the wood as hard as you can. If you hit it hard enough the enertia switch will trigger the air bags and will also open (as a safety measure in the event of an accident) the central locking. You will have to have a new airbag fitted but this is cheaper than having the locks changed.

DONT BEND THE DOOR BACK! it will knacker it
Gently pull the rubber seal away from the Rear side windows, Use two screwdrivers each wrapped in a duster so as not to damage the glass/paint, insert one at a corner then insert another next to it, insert between the rubber and the glass, work the screwdrivers apart and the glass should pop out.
You can put it back in with a bit of rope.

A local garage will have the special tools specifically made for opening locked doors without damaging the car. Also breakdown services usually carry the same tools. they will open the car in a few minutes.

hi...if it has central locking, then get something like 'half' a tennis ball, or something like a small plunger...then, put the half tennis ball over the lock mechanism, and push hard and fast on the half tennis ball.
if it doesnt unlock or work the first time then keep trying, it will with perserverence.
