I'm not sure I understand your question because you seem to be mumbling and mixing up your thoughts alot but, if I did understand you right...YOU were found guilty of mentally abusing your child (children) and you disagree with it to some point? ... and you want to know how to get out of it??? First of all...mental or ANY TYPE of abuse on a child or elderly person is seriously and completely WRONG an whether it be you who is committing it or you know of someone who is abusing their child.. it IS your responsibility to step up to the plate and report it..and get some HELP immediately. You can find counseling just about anywhere and for low cost, sometimes through your employer, school, social services, hotlines...and many other places, including the internet (seeing how you have access) .
Children deserve a chance in this world and the world is cruel enough without a parent adding to the abuse and anguish. If the parent doesn;t care enough for the child to protect them and get help , then who will?
Shame on parents who subject their innocent children to ANY abuse or allow it to happen.

Abuse is abuse, no mater which way you look at it. Contact your local child protective services, and they will tell you the same thing. mental abuse is NEGLECT, if it is not reported, then the problem will never be fixed ,and then passed on to the next generation.

I would say mental abuse is just as bad as physical abuse and needs to be dealt with by the police and the courts and mental health professionals.
Please don't let this go.

Mental abuse causes the same torture as physical abuse, therefore the charges could be the same, its all in the same category as neglect.

Abuse of children needs to be documented. It sounds as if you have this, though, so get an attorney and try to get custody of your children so they will be happy again.

I think that you should discuss this case with a lawyer, especially if it is involving children. Good luck and God bless!
