I was waiting to get my bike from parking lot. Suddenly one guy came to me and started beating over my head with a helmet. He said that i have done something bad to his wife. I didn't know anything. I couldn't handle that situation. A big crowd was there surrounding me. I was badly injured. Now its six months after this incident. I could understand that he was mistaken. I never went to court. I just asked him to share some money that i already spent at hospital. But he was very cruel and he also told that he will go to court against me if i ask for compensation and he will register a fake complaint against me. There are no witness in this case. So there is no use for me by going to court. I wants to forgive him but sometimes i really get the thought of taking revenge. I have his address. What should I do?

This man should have been reported to the police while you were in the hospital! Why didn't you do that? If there was a crowd, somebody saw it and could testify for you in court. An investigator could find a person. Go get a lawyer and sue the guy. Don't try to get revenge. That's as bad as what the guy did to you. Get a lawyer and sue the guy for your medical bills.

you say that you were badly injured, so do we assume that you went to the hospital? if so you have your proof, and you also said there was a bunch of people gathering, so put an add in the paper asking for anyone that seen what occurred on that day to please come forward. then have charges filed on him. that would be your revenge. you may have his address and you may want to go there and do something, but i don't advise it. he has already hurt you and if provoked he may kill you. you should have went to the police about this from the beginning, instead of taking hush money.

no, do not take revenge...report that to the police..or go to court..how about the hospital where you went? ask for the record that you came..it could be an evidence against him
u can also file for libel..because he is accusing you of something you did not do

i would take him to court anyway and why are you worried about a fake complaint that can't be proved and you can take him to court and have him for your medical bills and pain &sufferning you can come out a winner with the maxium that the court allows in your state

Well for one you should beat the hell out of him so that you can go to court and then you can explain to the judge what he done to you.

It is said "What goes around comes around" but in this case it will take a long time for that to actually happen so i would say " An eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth" You know what i mean right do to him what he did to you
