to write a song for or about another women rather than mine?

Not at all...I have poems about someone who was very special to me at one time in my life(still is), and while my hubby may get a bit jealous about that, I don't flash them around. I keep them in a safe place with the rest of my childhood memories.

it would depend on the content, if it was a love song and you were declaring undying love (unless it was for an unobtainable woman ie celeb or dead that kind of thing) then i would avoid it, however if it was just a song and you were singing about another laydeee then i cant see how it would be a problem, however if you are going to i would be honest and upfront with your current gal pal and tell her your reasons behond writing it but tell her that you will write a song for her someday when you can find the right way to express your emotions for her

If you truly love the woman you are with then you wouldn't want to write a song about another woman,if you don't love her then you should let her go and not hurt her by loving some one else.

Not if the other woman was fictional. If you are writing about fantasies you are having about the other girlfriend or the cute woman next-door... I would be a little choked.

No. it wouldn't b wrong. But, if your expressing feelings for another woman, your girl might not like that...
in other words... ??not sure. depends on what you write i guess!

no because you can have strong feelings for another as long as you dont take them anywhere and dont lie to your woman if she ask you
