I think people should have to take a common sense test before getting their license renewed!

Well today I wonder how some ever got their driver's license in the first place. But to test everyone at a certain age doesn't make sense. There are two different drivers. Good & Bad. If law enforcement would properly do their duty and judges particularly do theirs, we'd get the bad ones off the roads. So if your placing your question on aged persons I think you should start reading the statistics and actually see who the bad drivers are.

I think yes cuz some people could've been good drivers but then later turned into a bad driver. yes it would be a BIG PAIN IN THE BUTT, but it would probably make the world safer cuz it could cut down on accidents.the only thing is i don't think it should be on age. every time you need to get your liscense renewed you should have to re-take the driving test! and for the record london girl needs to wake up and go back to london!

I think anyone over 65 should...I don't have anything against senior citizens, but there are some out there that really do not need to be driving, not only for their own safety, but for everyone else on the road, too!!!

Absolutely! I think it should be mandatory. Maybe not based soley on age, but on other factors such as # of driving violations and health.

No, if age is the only factor. The law would have to apply to all drivers or it would be discrimination.
