Schools,factorys, and the Labor board has policies against racism and that is there right.People do not get arrested for it but when it is a hate crime meaning that if you go and target some individual for what they belief in or what color they are and pysically harm them for that is very very wrong and i do support that law.If the black panthers srarted hating on the KKK the would be screaming bloody murder.Don't forget there once was a wise man that said What comes around goes around so if people followed that basic rule of life it would be a better place.

it is because a lot of people are afraid of dealing with difficult matters. In my view there is racism based on facts and racism based on fiction. I often make what is considered racist remarks. The term itself is a way of generalising people, before which we were all a member of a particular tribe or clan. For e.g if a person says something that insults a Jew they are called anti-Semitic. Meaning against the seed of Shem, one of Noah's sons. But the Bible states that Shem was the brother of Ham, who the Jews believe was a Black man, Ham was one of the ancient names of Africa and African people. So surely his Family would all be black as well. These people make fictitious claims and if any-one speaks out they r labelled racists. If a person shows favouritism towards they're own they are labelled racist, when really it is perfectly understandable.
