Is there some kind of clear spray or glue that anyone has used to do this? (re: keeping all the stuff on the garments? any expert sewers, crafters out there that can help??

There is stuff called Withery Stitchery (or something along those lines) that you can get at Wal-Mart. All you do is put the w.s. on the cloth, and put the sequins on the w.s. Then iron and Voila! they will stay.
NOTE: I haven't used that stuff in awhile so make sure you read the directions on the back of the w.s. in case I'm forgetting something.

Well dont get cheap shirts and the sequince won't fall off of them, or don't wear shirts with sequince on them.
