Mr Rove is irritating for many reasons that have nothing to do with his name or any other Carl.
One particular reason is his use of false connections to confer an association between unlike events: Such as the false association between 9/11 and Saddam Hussein.
Something you need more practice with, since your weak association will probably fall flat.
