maybe you mean the crankshaft pulley :)

This question ,if you meant crankshaft pulley, answer is probably no. The "crankshaft" is inside the oil pan. Most oil pan removals require creating clearance between oil pan and any obstacle which prevents removal. Example;exaust pipe,crossmember.
