Yes it is a shame, ian huntley was imprisoned for life for admittedly an horrific crime. That doesn't give these other guys who are probably inside for commiting serious offences the right to be judgemental. I prefer the old kenny everett solution, round em up, put em in a field and BOMB THE BAS**RDS!!!

I was surprised as I thought they wrap these evil xxxx in cotton wool. They deserve a medal. Im incensed that its the tax payers money that is used to protect scum like Huntly. The death sentence is too quick. He should suffer and after hearing this, maybe there is a slice of justice in this world!

I think it's a crying shame that this man, who raped and murdered two little girls was allowed to live long enough to get beaten. Unfortunately as we no longer have the death penalty for despatching scum like him and are forced to allow them to pollute the air we breathe, I guess a sound kicking is in order. Shame it's taken this long really.

No.. I dont believe in violence but perhaps he should have thought before he did what he did. Now he is living the consequences of his actions. I have no sympathy for him.
