If you know any relatives or family friends, you could ask them if they had any positions open, or even just look at surrounding restaurants, or small businesses, and try to find one with higher wages. Because 4 dollars an hour isn't worth it.
One last thing, find a job with higher wages, then don't work as long. You'll still make more, but will have more time for school. School is incredibly important. Think about it, if you graduate college, and get a good job, the pay will be so SO much more, and you won't have to work as hard. And if you ARE in school along with having a job, you need to reserve a little time for yourself. So calm down, and don't take growing up so quickly.

Babysitting sounds a good bet, but check out whether you're going to be paid the MINIMUM rate for your age. If you're only doing 3 x 6 hour shifts, that's £72 per week so you can make it up with another 18 hours a week with babysitting at whatever the going rate is. Ask around to find out how it pays. If it turns out that babysitting pays better, pack in the waitress job or learn to fend for yourself without making a scene out of it. In other words, don't become a drama queen.

Hello sweetie
I am sorry to hear you are unhappy in your current job. I was quite surprised to hear that the company you work for pay you £4 an hour and national minimum wage for someone of your age is £3.30 an hour. Normally in the catering industry they tend to stick to the National Minimum Wage rate of pay. Have you though of applying to work in a shop or as you have customer service experience in a call centre? What about another restaurant in the area? Do you have friends who work? You could ask them for advice - or even if any jobs are available at their place of work.
I hope this helps honey
Keep your chin up

You are right to be caucious about the babysitting thing. £4 hr is not bad pay for a 15yr old hun. What about local animal rescue centres or something like that?

I am sure you have to be at least sixteen to hold down a job of any description and shouldn't you still be in school?
