I want to buy a Palm Treo 700p or Treo 650, but I don't know them, so can you please help me!!!
What is the difference between a Palm Treo 700p and a Treo 650? or with any Treo?
How does the mp3 player work? How many songs can you have in your cell phone?
Would you recommend this phone? Why?
Thank you so much!!!!!!

i don't know the difference between the two phones but i do know one thing. The phone has a memory card that you can store songs on. The amount of songs depends on the memory in the memory card. Plus songs have differant sizes like 4mb, 5mb, 3mb etc... So it depends on the size of the memory card and song.

I have been fighting with the treo 650 for over a year. I'm tech support for the company I work for and the director has a treo 650. This phone is crap. If you are leaning towards a treo, get the 700w. It's windows driven, compatible with everything microsoft does. The Palm version of the software is horrible. I have, in the last year spent no less than 30 total hours on the phone, usually 4 to 5 hours at a time. Palm will blame treo, treo blames sprint, sprint blames palm. We had the phone replaced, and the instant we started with the Palm software it went south. The second his contract is up, we're headed for the windows version or another phone entirely.

I have the PPC6700. Sprint also carries the Treo700p. I think for the coolness factor, the PPC6700 is neat, but what do you really want it for? Ease of use, right? I am thinking of playing w/ it for 90 days and trading it in for the 700. The Treo has always been easier to use. I will give u a few examples: The task list: Treo displays the tasks themselves. PPC6700 only displays that you have so many tasks. It is a list of however many you have, even if they are for a whole week. Not helpful at all. Calendar/appointments: Says you have no upcoming appointments, even if they are a week away. Seems to display them only that very day. NOT helpful. Not enough dedicated buttons (in my opinion) for things frequently used and not easy to program any buttons. Not easy to type on despite the bigger keyboard. More cumbersome in general. More use of the stylus vs. tapping with a finger. More sorting through menus and screens rather than having it all right there in front of you. The wi-fi is not worth it b/c the ev-do is taking it over anyway when you try to go to web pages. I still haven't figured that one out yet. There may be a setting to change it. But you have to pay anyhow for the Sprint ev-do service, so why bother with wi-fi? The ev-do does not rely on hot spots and you can use it with the 700. You must pay for it if you have a phone that is capable of using it if you want to use e-mail or internet at all.
