I've actually found myself buying more Dove products because of it. It's about time. I love seeing curvy women who look more like me than my 12 year old son. It's wonderful. Go Dove!!

As I PR Executive myself, I understand it's all a marketing campaign but it's pure genius and something our girls need. So yes, I still say, GO DOVE.

Yes!! They are fabulous. I just saw a new one yesterday. It shows how long it takes a model to look glamorous, and then all the airbrushing, etc.
It's about time someone showed how 'fake' celebrities are. And, I'm shocked at how 'not-beautiful' some celebrities are even after all the transformation! :)

My wife loves Dove's products. I just asked her and she said she started buying their products after their "campaign for beauty". What a great piece of marketing. But even better is that they have followed the buzz with great products.
My wife has fallen in love with their Dove Calming Night Products. I got her a free sample from a site I found online, and she has been buying them ever since.
Great job Dove!

some very solid factors made right here and many food for concept. there is likewise the situation of customer option to be considered. customers can 'vote' with their money, and if we (as customers) 'vote' via responding incredibly to campaigns which function specific forms of imagery and attitudes, then those are the photographs and attitudes the advertisers will decide to apply. regardless of the 'reducing' area designs and pictures, the merchandising industry is basically conservative. manufacturers decide to sell their products, and companies desire manufacturers to place self assurance in them to sell those products so as that they are going to sell. New guidelines are unstable ~ what if the same old public would not like it, or ignores it? So in a feeling Dove's marketing campaign could be considered cynical, yet purely as cynical as the different marketing campaign ~ those to sell specific meals for 'well being' case in point, or properties in specific factors. it incredibly is all approximately attractive to sectors of the procuring public, in line with concentration communities, polls and maximum heavily ~ previous adventure! one element is sure ~ the extra commonly used Dove will become as a consequence of this kind of marketing campaign, the extra we can see this kind of marketing campaign. Will those campaigns look 'real' and 'all the way down to earth'? confident. Will they actually be 'empowering' ~ as far because of the fact the ability of the handbag, confident. different forms of power, unclear. yet interior the meanwhile, once you're spending something on a product, with 2 diverse marketing campaign strategies, the two intnded to cajole you to area with your no longer uncomplicated earned money, might you opt to reward the classic marketing campaign or the recent 'real' marketing campaign. protecting in concepts that the two are certainly the two 'cynical' (or corporation orientated, looking on your viewpoint), i might in my view somewhat my money went to 'real'. Cheers :-)

Dove campaign is just another "very succesful marketing". Of course they want you to think that they care about how we perceive "real/natural beauty". Did you know that the company that owns Dove also owns SLIM-FAST products? (Unilever Co.).
Now, would you still say "GO DOVE"?
