Where are y'all from ?

I live in the US - but my family live in the UK. I once got a birthday suprise from my mother. She found a company on the web, that does mail order beer delivery - they send a variety 12-pack of different beers. It was a real nice idea, from my mum who really doesn't know beer very well.

Try Googling "mail order beer" or check out the link.

I am not sure where you are located. I have never heard of those beers, and I have lived in the US and UK.

If you are in the US, this is probably out of the price range you are thinking, but you might get some other family members to chip-in:

This is a service that will deliver a selection of beer to your uncle each month.

If you are in the UK (or actually, even if you are not) check out:

This is a pub with beer from around the world.

Good luck.

Maybe try some of the Guinness family: Guinness, Kilkenney, Harp, etc...
Pacific Western Brewery makes a beer similar to Ricards Red called Cantebury.
Some great Maritime beers: Moosehead, Alpine, Keiths.
Smaller breweries: Sleemans, Okanagan Breweries..

So many tasty choices!

Anything from Germany, Belgium or the Czech Republic. It would be nice if you knew someone in Europe. They could get you a couple of bottles of the Original Budweiser. Very good beer. Otherwise... Any beer would be a good beer as long as it isn't MGD or the high life.
