I dont know I have a hard time with this one too. Sometimes I think being gulible is really just a way of accepting something that our minds cant process in that moment. We all do it, we accept what is most self serving. If we want to believe someone is telling the truth, even though in reality they may not, we will believe them not because we are guilible, but because that is what we want to believe. Being guilible is no more wrong than saying I think I will be as innocent as a child, and dance with the faries. It dosent matter if we get hurt, or scape our knee on the concrete. Eventually in time your own intuition will tell you it's not wise to swing high and jump off onto the concrete, so it dosent matter. It's better than the alternative ,being so jaded that we wait for people to dissapoint us. All of us so afraid to believe in something, whether that is people, stories, faith, we all create the wrong to make it right. So I say being gullible is to believe what others will not, because they fear of the consequences in doing so. And remember the word gulible is just that, a word. Words are just objective definitions. Meaning is what defines us subjectivlely. Live with the eyes of a child, and let your spirit soar.....
I wish you well

You would have to be gulible to answer this question without some background info. But to believe most people you have to be a little gulible.

Gulible means that you believe the most stupid thing... Like oh, therewas an alien. He came to my house last night. If you believ someone, you can usually tell If they are lieing or not.

People do lie. You have to think through logically if the answer you are getting is plausible.
Everybody makes the mistake once in a while of believing a lie. You are gullible if you keep believing the lie, or keep believing the person who you is known to you as a liar.

I would think that gullible would mean you foolishly believe everyone. Believing in someone means trust has been established and you trusted someone's answers. But having said that... I trust my husband completely, but when he comes up with a tall tale that I can research online, I will. Then I believe him. It is hard to say because someone can tell you something that is not "fact" and I would believe them because I already trusted them. And then after they lie, I learn from it.

Being gullible means you'll believe anything anyone says, even if it's stupid or unerasonable. Beleiving people is just normal.

Being gullible is when you believe ANYTHING and EVERYTHING someone tells you, no matter how far fetched it is. Believing someone is just that. You believe them until they give you reason not to.
