I have a childs rocker, chair made by the delphos binding co. Is the company still open?

I purchased the chair at garage sale. It rocks, bounces, is totally wooden, has four heavy duty coil springs, is called THE TEETERTOT, mfgd by The Delphos Binding Co., Delphos Ohio. Could it be an antique?
