What happened to you?

Numerous times. Synchronicity can be described as 'the process of meaningful coincidence' and summed up by the phrase WHEN YOU BUILD, THEN 'THEY' COME.

I personally believe that your thoughts, words, deeds and deepest-held beliefs create yourphysical realities, since they each have energies of their own. You use these energies to 'build' the realities you wish to experience, but when you start building in this way, the entire Universe also swings into action. This is the 'they' in the quotation.

We all live in a massive and inter-connected web of energy, attractingtous, people, situations and circumstances which have a similar energy to us. When we start building with our thoughts, circumstances which have an energy match, are attracted to us. Begin to build a dream or desire, and repeat it daily in your mind, and all sorts of help and assistance will start coming your way. It is a type of psychic momentum, and you attract everything you need for the fullest manifesting of your dream, or thoughtforms. This is synchronicity in action.

It is equally effective for positive or negative energies. A couple of years back, I was having a bit of a bad time. I found myself feeling inadequate and giving out negative thoughts. I was also focusing on shortcomings. These negative energies has a cumulative effect which gradually became my realities as I built up a 'negative psychic momentum.' I started to dislike my work, money dried up, social events weren't as good as before, several of my friends disappeared from my life, and I ended up getting mugged and put in hospital. Thankfully,my circumstances 'healed themselves' over time.

A few weeks ago, I was having a bad week, especially at work. Mindful of the momentum effect negative energy can have, I began to think and visualise some more positive thoughts, and found life impovements coming thick and fast over the coming days and weeks.

First, I went into work the morning after a night of conscious positive thinking, to find that I had been alotted some more enjoyable tasks, giving me ample opportunity to go about my work with a spring in my step, and chat cordially with some workmates I had been wanting to get to know. Very quickly, work became enjoyable and everyone's mood seemed to lift.

Money began coming into my life from all directions. Delayed refunds began appearing, discounts were offered to me, my Premium Bonds coughed up, and I began to find pound coins in the street.

I found myself laughing a lot more, and having many things to be grateful for. I also found that the solutions to 'challenges' in my life, suddenly began presenting themselves. All niggly worries cleared up within a matter of days.

When you change your energies, you usually find that small increments happen at first, which point the way towards much bigger changes in the future, if your energies stay the same. On 'day two' of my 'renaissance' I heard a rumour about new people who were starting work in my company. These rumours turned out to be true, and I have got very friendly with the people in question. Another meaningful coincidence and positive improvement.

A magazine had been left behind by one of the visiting delegates where I work, and had been left open on a page where a job was being advertised. Not just any bog-standard job, but one which REALLY appealed to me on many different levels. I have applied for this job, and have been invited for interview in a couple of weeks time.

By the time the weekend came around, I had been feeling and thinking positive for a few days, and bigger changes were on their way.

Saturday morning came round, and I decided to go shopping in town as there were a couple of things I needed to get. By synchronicity, my new positive energies created a series of 'little miracles' as my day unfolded.

The walk into town was brisk and upbeat. It was a lovely day outside and everyone I met was in friendly mood. Service in the shops was enthusiastic and cheerful. I shopped for lunch items and got the very last things on the shelf. I passed by a gift shop and noticed something in there which would be a perfect birthday present - again, the last item of its kind on the shelf.

The music stores I visited were playing funky tunes which strengthened my good feeling. I met a former workmate I hadn't seen in years and got a phone number I had always wanted, and a social occasion into the bargain. I was building and 'they' were coming. I popped down to Borders bookshop for a mosey round, got myself a coffee and a comfortable armchair perfect for people watching. Then I received a text message from my friend, who was going out for a p!ss up that evening with a few other people, and was inviting me along. I duly accepted.

On the way out, I noticed a guidebook in the travel section (again, the last copy on the shelf) which pricked my attention. It was for a city which ticks many of the boxes I have for desired holiday destinations, and I think I have found the very place to go for my 'spring break.' A cunundrum solved.

I decided to head back home, and cut through the shopping centre, but as I did, I noticed out of the corner of my eye, something in a shop window which would be perfect for my night out tonight. A fantastically stylish shirt (perfect fit for me) lying unbought in a shop window at a reduced price. I snapped it up quickly and began visualising what it would look like on me.

I was sending out the thoughts/energies, and people and circumsatnces were responding to them. What would be in store for me in the evening?

In keeping with my day, the night out began positively and kept on getting better and better - positive psychic momentum.

First, an enjoyable and punctual ride into town. Then a distinct lack of zealous bouncers on the doors of the bars we were visiting. Then quick service at the bar, and the odd free drink thrown in for good measure.

Add to that, a lot of joking and laughing, a dose of slapstick stupidity, and numerous memorable characters and personable eccentrics, and you have the recipe for an enjoyable night out.

In the third bar we visited on our 'crawl' I met a number of 'babes' I work/worked with - perfectly in keeping with some of the thoughts I had been thinking about myself. They added a few more fun youngsters to our social group.

To round off our night, we ended up in a nightclub with a fun and colourful atmosphere, and a DJ who certainly knew his stock in trade. He was playing one brilliant dancefloor anthem after another, and it was conductive to my own brand of funky dancing, 'high NRG madness' and clubber's high writ large!

By now, I was giving out all sorts of positive energy and good feelings, and by synchronicity, I had attracted the attentions of a suitor. Not just any bog-standard suitor, by a VERY cool girl with great looks, a great personality, an interesting character, very generous traits and a healthy helping of X-Factor.

She began dancing right beside me. At first, I thought she was taking the p!ss or trying to win a dare or something, but she kept on coming back to me, and making conversation. I seized the opportunity and got to know her better, discovering her to be a very interesting soul indeed.

To cut a long story short(er) we left in a taxi at closing time and went back to her flat. You can probably guess what happened afterwards! I woke up the following morning feeling absolutely fantastic! That, incidentally, had been my main thoughtform as I wanted to feel better about myself and the world around me. By process of synchronicity, I had created and experienced, exactly what I had 'built.' Everything I needed was duly provided.

I know this has been a very long answer, but this story illustrates very well, that when you activate a positive thinking process in your mind, you also activate a positive 'providing' process in the almighty Universe around you.
