this white haze is called oxidization you will need a good rubbing compound and some hard work to remove it don't be discouraged if you have to apply the compound twice and after protect your paint with a good wax. good luck!

If you are referring to your cars paint you can apply buffing compound by hand.I reccommend Mcguires Products.
