i missed my period which was supposed to be coming september 17. i did a calculation and i would be 7 3/7 weeks along. i have all these symptoms of pregnancy, and what i and only describe as a "hard, fist sized lump" in my belly. i took a test at 2 weeks late and it was negative, both blood and urine. but now i have this lump and it wont go away. i have had cysts before and never have they happened like this. so is it possible to be able to feel your uterus this early?

Not with my first but things are very different 2nd time around. I knew i was pregnant within 1 week. My uterus feels very bloated and hard. Pregnancy tests dont always show up straight away, give it a bit more time or go see doctor.

It dosent sound like your pregnant but you should go to your doctor and get it checked out.Preganancy dosent usually cause hard fist sized lumps and could easily be another cyst or fibroid.Even in second and third pregnancies you woldnt be able to feel your uterus like that.I've had four so i know.

My friend had some problems with her period and thought she was pregnant becuase of a bump in her belly. She took some test and they were neg. Then finally she went to the Dr and she had a hernia in her lower abdomen. Maybe you shoud go to the dr. Good luck!

I couldn't feel anything until about 10 weeks, then it was just like a little hard spot WAY down in my pelvis. I had to mush from the top to be able to feel anything. It varies from woman to woman though, you might be different. Are you trying to become pregnant?

No, not really. You COULD have a fibroid, though. You can only see that with an ultrasound or a really adept doctor.

I think you should get it checked by the doctor.
