Try learning something new everyday (reading, puzzles, trivia, games) and do exercise everyday... it also keeps you young and healthy.

Exercise. Volunteer work. Read. Have a job. Get a hobby that is physically or mentally stimulating. Select your tv shows carefully. Have friends. If you make it your mission, you will find lots of things that interest you that can keep you physically and mentally healthy.

First go to: herbdoc.com and learn to cure yourself of any and all diseases known to man/woman. Second walk or run not jog at least 2 miles every day, then do physical exercise in a gym for the rest of your body. You should technically live to be at least 165 years of age.

exercising keeps a person, both physically n mentally fit...stuff like yoga might be really helpful
