You can block the person's address and you can report him to Yahoo. This can get him thrown off the IM entirely.

Insult him back.
Don't be such a little girl!
Stand up for yourself, threaten to hunt him down and shoot off his manhood.
I too have found YM far too open to abuse, but for me it's women harassing me.
