eddie murphy did not play all the characters in the barber shop. mainly with the aid of prosthetics and make-up:
*arsenio hall played the old guy with glasses a beard who cant stop eating,
*another actor played the assistant barber (i.e. the only one who actually likes the sexual chocolate group who play at the miss black awareness week pageant).
*eddie played pince azeem and the senior barber who makes one snip at prince azeem's natural hair and charges him $5 for it and i think that eddie also played the white (possibly jewish) character who talks about the change of name from cassius clay to muhammad ali.
