They have been making them since the beginning of film, I doubt anyone knows the first ever.

The pornographic industry started with silent films in the early 1920's. You would have to do some major research to find the first one, even if it is still out there. There were no restrictions or grades of movies back then so they showed everything and did everything that was too explicit for today's film stars that make pornography today.
