Drinking to much caffeine late in the day, cut back and you will have a much sounder sleep. Dreams are just dreams and if some one tells you any different then they are lying. People have been having dreams for ages and that is something that is sort of normal, if you don't suspect your husband of cheating while you are awake then there is nothing to worry about. Good luck.

It is a trust and insecure issues about you and your hubby.
You may have problem with either trusting your husband or yourself in reality. Projecting dream like that often is a way to release your suspicion. Somehow your subconscious mind wants to assure that it is real, and so you dream about and make believe that is actually happening. However, whether your hubby is cheating or not, that is from your subconscious mind. Something must have happened between you two to cause you dream that. Either some argument, or some talk about some movies you watch together could be root cause of the dream.
You should just openly talk to your hubby. Perhaps you should find out the answer about why you dream about that.

You are insecure.
Better get some help with that, as it can ruin your marriage.
Ruined 2 of mine with women that had the same problem you have (suspecting me for no reason).
I am strictly a one woman type of guy, but there is no defense when a partner takes off because of their crazy imagination.

some dream theories say that everything and everyone in your dream is a part of you. are you being "unfaithful" to yourself in some way? not really fulfilling your dreams? not being honest with yourself in some way - "cheating" yourself?
