First I would ask, "Can you give yourself an orgasm?"
If the answer is yes then give him a few viewing lessons and tell him what feels good to you.
If not, it's not his responsibility to find what pleases you and if you can't get yourself off how possibly can you expect him to?

I never believe that you can blame the other person and I don't think you can blame yourself either.
This is a delicate subject but orgasm is something that must be learnt. It is a skill that you have to learn,like riding a bike.(Yes it is so true!!)
There are also many other reasons why you may not have an orgasm with this person. Sometimes it can come about by guilt feelings.
I speak from a marriage prospective. I believe it is possible for every woman to experience it, but there is techniques and ways.
I really only believe in sex within marriage so I am not going to encourage you, - just yet(if you are not married)
All i can say, is that you can learn it and when it happens, you will be truly grateful and happy that you did learn it!!

Take control! Go on top of him and grind into him, rubbing yourself on him and eventually you will reach your orgasm and he will love it because you are in control.

Have you talked to him about it? There are lots of books on the subject as well. Show him how you like it done.
