I know that Phoenix sang the non performance parts, but did he also sing the concert parts? And did Witherspoon sing in the movie? If so, how much of her part did she sing? PLEASE LIST WEB REFERENCES

Yes they both sang their own parts. Everytime either is singing it is the actor. This is also true for the Elvis, and Jerry Lee Lewis

I know this because if you buy the CD Walk the line the Soundtrack, it says preformed by Joaquin Phoenix and Reese Witherspoon

From what I've heard, yes. I remember seeing a TV interview with Reese Witherspoon when the movie came out and she was talking about having to take vocal lessons for her part in the movie.
