Whether the glass is half full or half empty, just be happy you have a glass and something in it! That's my theory!

Engineers and A Glass of Water:
To the optimist, the glass is half full.
To the pessimist, the glass is half-empty.
To the engineer, the glass is twice as big as it needs to be.

Depends on your perception.....do you see a half empty glass or a half full glass..the best answer to this question is the one that you perceive.
If a tree falls in the forest and no one is around to hear it does it make a sound?

Rather than waste time on a pyhloshopical debate that will only lead to more questions without answers perhaps should should simply grab the glass, slam down the contents and then attack life with a passion. In the end you'll have lots more fun and trust me, a lot of answers to questions as yet unasked.

I believe it's suppose to B full 2 begin with then personal emotions kick in N Ur views of life, Do you want it to be full again = "it's half empty", or, have U enjoy the journey and considerably admire= "it's half full" Despite mine I still think " it's half Fool"

BUT! You have a glss with nothing in it. That would ba an EMPTY glass. If you added water to the half way point, then wouldn't it be only HALF empty now? And vice versa...

THE GLASS IS HALF EMPTY!!! SIMPLE SINCE THE GLASS IS THERE FULL EMPTY SINCE THE BEGINNING ONLY TO BE FILLED WITH SOME LIQUID AND MAKE IT HALF EMPTY!!! EVEN IF GLASS WAS FILLED FULLY AND LATER EMPTIED BY HALF IT WAS EMPTY AT THE BEGINNING SO THE SPACE THAT WAS OCCUPIED BY THE LIQUID MAKES THE GLASS HALF EMPTY!!

It's the same as the difference between black and white. If you took out half from the glass then it's black and the other way backwards is white. Then white is half a glass and black is the other half. Didn't your mommy teach you anything?

If the glass of water is just sitting there and no one plans on drinking it, its half fuller than it needs to be.
