i am not a big drinker and i dont understand people who drink for social occasions...it seems that there is no real connection with other people when everyones drinking....what do you think of this?

yes i definitely prefer being sober i am a recovered alcoholic for 7+ yrs. i wasted alot of life and was a really not so nice person i am stronger now and have been through alot i am so grateful that God made me see the light i can be around people that drink i wish they didnt because to me alcohol is just another drug that destroys your body and soul but everyone has to make their own choices whether good or bad some people learn from their mistakes and some dont

I prefer being sober, but I like the taste of my favorite drinks. It's a treat, like ice cream or chocolate milk. I don't like being around people who are stupid drunk.

being sober and being in your right mind is such a blessing. I prefer being that way.on a natural high.
