My first visit to the gyno was with a male doctor, and I found it to be the least sexual experience of my life. I learned later that's the norm, but it still stands out in my mind becausehe was young and pretty cute. :) He was totally professional and a lot more gentle and quick than the female doctors I've seen since then. He didn't say anything out of normal procedure or do anything that I thought inappropriate.

I don't think that they do because at the end of the day, a whole bunch of vulvas and vaginas can't seem much different than a whole bunch of feet or broken bones. After a while, anything can start to seem the norm. Plus setting makes all the difference; a man who might get aroused at hom with his wife's girly parts isn't going to have the same reaction to a woman he desn't even know sitting on an examination table.

the only way to get a real answer would be to ask a male gynecologist. i would say, he would a little, how couldn't he, he is a guy, but he is doing his job, so he will be very professional about it and not act on those feelings. he wouldn't want to risk his career. Lets say you are a lifeguard, and there is a guy walking around the pool, just in his swim suit. he has an amazing body and is the best looking guy you have ever seen, he is your client since you are the lifeguard of that pool, so you are saying that you wont have any feelings at all or thoughts in your head about him? Also to defend male gynecologists, they do a lot of studying and work hard at their job. after many years of experience i would say that most know more about the female body than a 20 year old female knows about the female body.

I have a male gyno, and he is very professional. The 1st gyno i went to was a female and she had an awful bedside manner. She literally treated me like ****. It's hard to pick a male gyno though because you never know what's going on in his head. I just lucked up on a good one.

If a male gyno has ever made a pass at you, report hm and make sure something is done so hat he'll never work in that field again.

I had a gynecologist ask me out once after he
examined me, he wnted to know what type of men
I like and he was very forward. I reported him to
a bunch of medical groups and I never went back
it was such a creepy experience, I would just
recommend getting a doctor from a good source

Professional ethics. they should not. If u feel u can complain against him. That is the reason India has countable men gynies, nor the women go to them until and unless it is compulsory and along with a female dr. beside them.

somehow, I'd think NO. I am sure they see some pretty disgusting things that totally turn them off. And, if you've seen one, you've seen them all (in general).

I believe they do and should not get free looks, Thats why I believe women should only use FEMALE gyno docs, in addition males do not know what women go through
