The saddest: My Girl - it made me sad when I was younger and still does now! It's bloody great though and I had the biggest little-girl crush on Macaulay Culkin so I couldn't bear him being killed off by the evil bees!
The funniest: Some Like It Hot - timeless, flamboyant and perfect.
The scariest: Rear Window and The Others - it's not about blood it's about suspense. As Hitchcock said, if a bomb goes off it gives 3 seconds of fright. If you know a bomb is going off but don't know where or when it gives endless fear.

Most Disney movies are terribly sad- espcially "The Fox and the Hound", "Homeward Bound" made me bawl my eyes out. But I think I would say "Of Mice and Men" was the saddest. Scariest would be "Poltergeist"- I slept with a lamp in my closet with it open for weeks afterward. I don't have an answer for the funniest.

Saddest-Braveheart
Funniest-Hard to choose. It is a toss up between Friday, Scary Movie 1, Naked Gun1, I'm Gonna get Ya Sucka, and Something About Mary
Scariest-It
EDIT: I couldn't remember the name of one of the best scary movies till just now. If you ever come accross a movie called "In the Mouth of Madness", I suggest you watch it. One of the best by far.
