I really like your question, it depends on the contry you belong to in India you can not buy or sell any animal, But really liked the way u asked it shows a egarness to get one. alright a monkey would cost you approx 500-700 INR to buy but to maintain you need to prepare for major expences every month as whatever Damages made by your monkey to others would be recovered by you so enjoy

My brother had two monkeys some years ago. He couldnt look after them properly and so took them to Roundhay Park in Leeds. He still goes to see the one remaining after the other died. He got them given. I think there are certain regulations for buying and keeping monkeys so be careful.

the average cost just to purchace a monkey is about $6,000 and that is basically the starting price. from there you just add to that such as food, living, training. you also get a permit to own a monkey because of the fact they are wild animals.monkeys might be cute and cuddlely when there little but when they turn about three years old there wild instincts come out making them extremly aggresive. good luck and i hope this helped you

Depends on what kind of monkey it is, and where you buy it. A word of caution, monkeys are very mischevious, and like to tear clothes apart, so bewarned.

Not nearly as much as the legal fees you'll be paying out when it breaks it's leash and bites your neighbor, and has to be put to sleep so they can test it for diseases that could be transmitted to humans, not to mention the damages you'll have to pay the person it bit. Monkeys are not pets, you'd have to be a cruel, abusive, or totally retarded person to even consider "owning" one.
