in millsberry does any one have a cheap costume at their yard sale?how much do they cost when their on sale at th tricks toys and games

Right not because no one is sure which costumes will be re-released the prices are not cheap. Once the costumes are in the clothing store (not the toy store) the prices will normalize.
Last year costumes in the clothing store ranged from 90 MB to 300 MB.

The cheapest costume to be found in Millsberry Yard Sales is the Clown Trix rabbit, I usually find them at 500MB or less
The costumes when sold in the stores will average 85-200MB, so it might pay for you to wait as they should be out next week

they are not relices now {you would buy them at the toy store for 1000}
