Maybe have a soak in the bath to give your body a rest, have something to eat to give it some energy, then go out for a couple of drinks with some friends to perk you up? Or do a bit of exercise. That always makes me feel more awake.

Look at what is affecting this tidiness.
Is it work ?
Is it your life style ?
Is it what you eat and drink ?
Is it what your not doing ?
Have a look back at what was and now what isn't. Then start re-programing. Eat better supplement and rest were needed plus most of all find the source or sources and correct it . Until then Pro-plus

You need to cut out refined processed food from your diet and start eating/drinking juiced vegetables and fruits... reduce your meat intake too as well as dairy products
Then get active...get that fat, sad, saggy sorry **** out for a brisk walk 20 mins a day 2 times a day, then build it up to a jog, along with some toning or yoga exercises...
Good luck

Try taking a long hot shower. Just relax and if it is a nice day where you live, then go outside and go for a jog or something. In order to feel good, and not tired, you have to feel good about yourself.

Have a power nap for about 15 minutes, when you wake up you will be full of enery. Don't have more than that though or your body will think it is going to sleep fully and you will be grotty and knackered when you wake up!

Drink more liquid you might be dehydrated.
Eat three meals a day where one is a portion of protein and three veg.
Banana with wholemeal bread will help.
Now get of your **** and exercise.
Your next question?
