Where I live in the west, most of the people are non- white and any white skinned people living in Africa would soon become brown so whats the point of your question?
Racism is nothing to do with rich and poor, its a dislike of people different to what you are used to. Its like animals, if there is a different colour or size born, then the others will shun it. Intelligence should bring about greater respect for others so educate the poor in the middle east.
Look at the past and you will find the westernmost peoples were poor and the empire of Persia - Iran etc, were the rich peoples (and best educated). Sort of destroys this crap arguement about rich and poor doesn't it?
The richest people are in the poorest countries are they not? Look at the Saudis etc.
I'm fed up of the bleating from people saying the rich are responsible for the ills of the poor. British people used to be poor until the unwashed masses rose against the industrial lords and masters. We as a people don't keep the poor down, blame it on their rulers.

I can't imagine black people in the west and white people in Africa, because it's all about evolution and white people living in Africa can only result in them turning black after centuries of evolution and the black people could become white.
I think that you have something against white people because you feel uneasy that most live in a little more pleasant environment but little would change if the situation was different in our society. So stop blaming everyone else and start thinking what you could do to help people who have this problem.

It would be interesting huh.
There would still be racism.
I lived in an area in Denver that was mixed racially. We got along. Then in 7th grade inner city kids were bussed in. The majority of them black. I was part of the maniroty. I was kicked, hit, shoved into lockers. I was so shy. My parents told me that black was beautiful and that it was a socio-economic thing. I tolerated abuse that my parents didn't have an idea of. To this day I have bad back problems from the kicks I got in the back. I never ever faught back becasue it was always 10 to 1. I was hated just because I was white and had blonde hair. I was poor. We often didn't have meat for dinner. I only wore handmedown clothing from my cousin. I hated it that we were so poor. At age 13 I started to work to earn money to buy what I needed, but still was poor. We moved to Chicago, then I went to a school that was 98% Jewish. All the gentiles (non jews) sat at one table at lunch time. We were verbally abused. Taunted, triped. Our lunch money stolen. There we sat all together at lunch huddled together to be safe. There were two white girls, a white guy, two black girls, a black guy and a couple of asian girls. The teachers even hated us. I got a D on a term paper that my dad helped me write. He was brillent....no way should I have gotten a D. He went to the teacher and she yelled at him saying something about Christians expecting to be educated when we thought we were better than others.......and so on. I missed two days of swim class for an ear infection. I was the only one who knew how to swim. The teacher had me teaching others to swim and dive and because of two days of ear infection I got a D in the class. Again my dad went in to talk to the teacher and again the same hateed against anyone who wasn't Jewish.
I realize my experiences are smal compared to what some blacks go through, but it is a way to show how there can be racism to whites.
Humans are human and I have no doubt that there would be troubles NO matter what color a person is.
Actually Eventually American & Canada might be desert wastlands and Africa become green fertal rich land where the people would live and fare well.
There will always be racism, no matter who is on top. It is a sad part of being human

This is an interesting question because black people are from Africa...and you would think you could just reverse it and say teh racism would be the same, but whites are from all over Europe so I don't know if whites would suffer the same racism. I tend to think it would be totally different because, taking Europe into consideration, blacks would still be the minority.

There would be just as much as there is now. People are people, whatever colour they happen to be, and people will generalise and discriminate against others who are different from them, that's just the way it goes.
I do find it hard to imagine a world where the indigenous people of Africa are white though, doesn't make evolutionary sense!

Yes. There wouldn't be much room for the white people, would there? And they'd all get really dark tans....
And they'd probably be able to grow some crops or something but I don't know how the Africans would cope in the West. There'd be loadsa things they've never seen. Like TV. And fridges. And stairs. And pizza!
