Practically none, if you are a legal U.S. citizen. Once married, she can live in the U.S. as a permanent resident, as long as she is your wife. However the INS will be keeping an eye on the both of you to make sure that this in't onbe of those fake marriages for monetary gain on your part.

Most likely,VISA. She will definitely have to go through two or three stages of interview from the the US embassy in her native country. Make sure that she has to answer all questions bombarded by the embassy officer not necessarily perfectly but sensibly and concisely. Plus, provide all the necessary documents required by them. DO NOT miss one single paper! - Just be clear and straightforward so that she can have the right visa issued on time.Good luck!

none. She just needs to get her green card or your going to have to marry her right away when she gets here and then she will automatically get citizenship because she is married to an American citizen.
