boy that is a tough question? But I agree with the writer about the computers should be used not be in school that much, The money should go to further educational uses, However We learn and the kids know and have more knowledge on computers that grown ups, and kids are getting wiser today then they were ages ago, So my answer to this is use the money 50 50, Half new computers and half more educational books
