It depends on the situation. In my country you will seldom have a house with a bath tub and only a shower is available so no choice. As for me it is shower before going to work while a bath tub session is usually during off days or weekends.

Showers last time I had a bath I fainted and had to go to hospital ! So 'll stick to showers !
