(people I have met in this lifetime who to me seem to be brothers from past lives; no blood tie in this lifetime) . ..would it still be incest?

I am sorry I don't fully understand your question - are these brothers of yours that have died or are you talking about your ancestors(way back)
If your talking about affection/love for your brothers, then this maybe considered as incest and I don't think it's acceptable in today's society,
if its something more supernatural, I am sorry I have no idea.
Maybe you need to find some nice guys outside the family circle? Mmmm??

Maybe you're just to hung up on the past...not really sure, never heard of this before.
Quite a few years ago maybe people did feel affection for their siblings but you do know that its wrong to act on those feelings, right?!
