They were expected to contend this year in the NFC and will not do that as long as Bledsoe is starting. They need to put in Romo and let him try to make something happen. They have nothing to lose at this point.

Bledsoe still deserves his spot, the Dallas line looked worse last week than Houstan's ever has. Of course they were playing Philly who has 23 sacks this season. Give Drew some time and he will light up the scoreboard. Unless its a close game, then he will turn the ball over, just like he does every time. Dallas needs to establish a decent ground attack before people start pointing their fingers at Drew Bledsoe.

I think Dallas should use a two-quaterback system. They can allow Drew Bledsoe to start and than later during the game have Tony Romo come in to relieve Drew. They need a lot more production from T.O. (which is very unlikely) and they need help in the backfield. This is a very good-medium offense but they must run the ball effectively and pass to Glenn and TO. They also need to adress and deal with the TO problem, or just bench him for the whole year untill he shuts up. In the meantime they should look for a TO replacement or get an extra running back like San Deigo's Michael Turner.

Well if he doesn't step down, he'll keep getting knocked down by defensive ends.
If you're gonna use a QB like Bledsoe, you have to protect him- the big problem is the O-line not giving him time in the pocket. At last Romo can evade the pass rush a little better, but I don't think he'll help the Cowboys win right away.

I just want the best for the team, so if he feels the need to step down, then he should do so. I am getting the feeling he can't really handle pressure situations, maybe he just needs more experience. Now about T.O....
