I am, yes, unfortunately.
My main one: I believe that to name it is to own it, and that if you can avoid saying something bad out loud, like a disease, or having to describe it in detail, maybe it won't be true.
Maybe I know better intellectually, as they say. But I behave otherwise, as if I was a twelfth century peasant quaking in the dark.

Not really. There are a few I believe, but most superstitions are merely rooted in ignorance. Most of these were thought up a good long while ago, when life was simple, and everyone was able to believe anything, even the most outrageous lies.
