As far as I can tell it comes from Egypt but really cannot find out even though I have been to so many web site.

What type of number plate is it ?
No, probably not Egypt, those that i was able to find were in Arabic, ahaha.
The nearest i could find was in France, three digits followed by an alphabet and then three digits again. Take a look at the URL, maybe don't know for sure without a picture.
That second URL contains 214 pictures of a variety of license plates
