This is completly normal. This just happens because the baby is rubbing their head on the bed/blanket and the hair just falls out. For some babies it is on the back of the ehad. For others, it is on the side of the head. This hair that the baby is born with usually all falls out over a period of several months and new hair grows in. All three of my kids did this, and two of them were pretty bald for several months of their lives.

Well, one of my twin girls had a hairless spot and I too was concerned. But, the older she got, the more hair she received and the longer hair has now covered up that bare spot.
So, that is my answer. New hair will fall over the hairless spot and cover it up.
Hope this helps you.

baby's first hair will eventually fall out by a certain age.some hair will fall out sooner, especially if the baby will lay on that spot.
move her regularly so her head will not be laying the same way ALL the time (which should also prevent your baby from having a flat head in the back..)
do not worry about it too much, either way,the hair will grow back in time!!
